TRAC 11-24 is a project supporting young people aged 11-24 disengaging with education and at risk of becoming NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training).
Our Back Yard is a Lottery Funded Project running in Connah's Quay, Flintshire. The programme is aimed at empowering communities to improve their natural environment for current and future generations. Our Back Yard is part of the Big Lottery Fund's wider Create your Space Programme.
