NHS Property Services

Groundwork is a delivery partner for  NHS Property Services, a programme designed to create up to nine new garden spaces across their properties in England.

Our experienced landscape architects will work with staff, patients and visitors to develop plans for the green spaces that bring the benefits of nature into healthcare settings.

These spaces will vary in sizes, from small courtyard garden projects to larger green areas to give patients and visitors access to outdoor spaces during their stay.

The projects will involve volunteers who will complete various tasks such as planting and finishing touches, giving new skills to those who are interested in working in the green sector.

The programme started in April 2023 and will end in October 2025.
