Work4All provides 121 support wherever you are on your journey.

Work4All is an employment support programme that helps unemployed residents in the South of Newham on their journey into work.

Work4All is part-funded by the European Social Fund. Work4All is also part-funded by the Royal Docks, London’s only Enterprise Zone, working to ensure regeneration delivers genuine benefits to the local area.

We support individuals, employers and communities. If you are a job seeker, business or organisation, see where you fit into our employment journey and how you can benefit from our programme below:

We support individuals, employers and communities with their employment journey

Individuals / People

Eligibility: Work4All is a free service. To participate in Work4All, you must have the Right to Work in the UK, not currently be in any paid work & live in Newham.

When you join Work4All you will be assigned a personal adviser who will complete an initial needs assessment with you. They will ensure the advice and support is tailored to your particular situation. Work4All provides free support across three main areas. You can choose to access one, two or all three stages or bits from each, whatever suits you best.

We support individuals with their employment journey. From Mapping suitable opportunities, to building skills and starting work.

Green Doctors, trained energy-efficiency experts, are also supporting Newham residents.

The Green Doctor team offer free, impartial advice to help you take control of your bills, save energy where possible in the home, and access other services and initiatives available. Ask the Work4All team for more details or go to

Work4All is delivered in partnership with St Giles Trust & Princes Trust. Find out more about their delivery on their websites.

We still consider a remote, flexible offer and service to those who are vulnerable or have additional accessibility needs.

This means our team of advisors are able to provide the same dedicated one-to-one advice and support but via phone, text, email, WhatsApp or Zoom.
