Grosvenor at Groundwork London
After working with nature:
- 90% of schoolchildren felt they learned something new about the natural world.
- 84% felt that they are capable of new things when they try.
- 79% felt that the experience could help their schoolwork.
As part of the The Big Help Out 2024 and Grosvenor’s own GreenerFutures campaign: St Mary’s Bryanston Square CE Primary School was transformed into wonderful green spaces for learning, conservation and recreation! An amazing team of volunteers from Grosvenor planted pears, runner-beans, carrots and more: providing access to outdoor education for the growing minds at St Mary’s: the ‘Village School’. Food grown is used in their kitchens for school meals.
Grosvenor also undertook urgent maintenance work: and of course, interacted with each other in a whole new environment. See the impact of a day’s hard-work in our special case study video.
