LCRF Wave 5 Webinars
We’re really excited to be offering two webinars exclusively for youth organisations funded by the GLA’s Community Response Fund – Wave 5, focused on continuous quality improvement and outcomes measurement. These webinars will take place in November 2021, with morning and afternoon sessions available for each topic.
Evaluating for continuous quality improvement
This 90-minute webinar will cover the foundations of evaluating for continuous quality improvement and explore the relationship between quality practice and outcomes for young people. We’ll look at approaches and provide tools that support structured reflective practice and listening to young people’s feedback.

Book your place for 10am – 11:30am

Evaluating young people’s outcomes
This 90-minute webinar will cover outcomes measurement specifically in the context of mentoring. We will look at approaches and tools for measuring young people’s outcomes, and support you to consider when it is most appropriate to measure young people’s outcomes and how to assess whether a tool and/or approach is well suited for the job. We can signpost you to outcome measures that were used in the Young Londoners Fund cohort and from the Centre for Youth Impact’s suite of measures for social and emotional learning.

Bespoke 1:1 Coaching
Once you’ve attended the training, you will have access to a 1:1 coaching session with a member of the Centre for Youth Impact team. Across our team, we hold expertise in evaluation methods, organisational learning, data management, continuous quality improvement, and youth voice. You will be paired with a member of the team whose expertise is most aligned with their own learning aims for the session, and sessions can take place throughout the year when the timing is most suitable for your work and your organisation’s evaluation cycle.
