Project Officer (Suffolk)
Salary: £26,508 to £28,327 (pro rata) depending on experience
Term: Part-time or Full-time (22.5 – 37 hours per week)
Location: Suffolk area with some remote working available. There may be requirement to travel to Norfolk and Essex.

Groundwork has a range of exciting opportunities and we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for engaging communities, supporting people to learn and improving the environment to help drive our programmes forward.

We are recruiting for a project officer role in Suffolk to deliver and project manage an exciting and wide range of community and education projects across the county.

The role will be delivering a variety of projects in group settings that can include gardening, outdoor play, community engagement, climate awareness (including the delivery of water literacy and carbon literacy courses), and delivery of school-based programmes.  These projects will support participants to improve their health, well-being, knowledge and skills.

You will require strong communication and organising skills and will be leading practical tasks.  You will be working with different community groups particularly vulnerable people as well as co-ordinating with local partner organisations.
