Our work with Housing 21
We’re proud to have been working with Housing 21 for several years on a range of partnership projects.
Together, we help make neighbourhoods safer, attractive and more resilient to the effects of climate change and support residents improve their prospects, their well-being and lift them out of fuel poverty.
If you work at Housing 21 and would like to find out more about past partnership activity or discus a future collaboration, please complete the form at the bottom of this page and someone will be in touch soon.
Here’s a snapshot of some of the work we’ve done together:

Transforming Brown Edge Community Centre
In 2022, Housing 21 began a project to transform two residential bungalows on Brown Edge Road into a Community Centre. Groundworkâs Landscape Architects helped design an outdoor space that was accessible, resilient and beautiful.
Our in-house landscaping team helped make the ideas a reality.
Providing support to tackle fuel poverty
Our Energyworks team provide front-line training to Housing 21 staff so they can identify residents living in fuel poverty and are able to signpost them to our support services.
