Working in Partnership – Warner House & Groundwork
Warner House is a British home interiors brand built on two centuries of design creativity, and is owned by husband and wife team Lee and Emma Clarke.
In 2023, Warner House selected Groundwork as one of their charities to support, providing funding to sponsor a young person on our Prince’s Trust 12-week TEAM programme.

Pleased with the outcomes, Warner House agreed to provide further support in 2024, this time increasing their donation to:
- Support two people through the Prince’s Trust TEAM programme
- Support two young people to receive 24 weeks of 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring
- Provide emergency measures such as oil filled radiators, kettles and air fryers to 20 households effected by fuel poverty
In addition, the Warner House team plan to dedicate some of their time in 2024/25 to volunteer on above programmes, taking part in mock interviews or hosting work placements for the Prince’s Trust TEAM participants, a valuable insight into the world of work for the young people taking part.
Lee Clarke commented,
We’re thrilled to have been able to support Groundwork over the past two years. The Prince’s Trust programme is such a great way to build young people’s confidence and gain essential life skills that opens doors for them, and the 24 week of coaching & mentoring provided by Groundwork’s youth workers can really shape the direction of a young person’s life.
