There’s no charge for working with us and we don’t charge any commissions. We’re simply on a mission to help people start the careers they dream of and we’re looking for partners who can help make this dream a reality.
We work with people who are keen to start work but are often the furthest from the job market. We provide coaching and support to help them choose their career, provide pre-start training and in-work support. All of which helps deliver strong retention rates for those we place into work.
Last year, our team supported over 200 people into work in jobs in sectors such as construction, administration, professional services and more.

Morgan Sindall help provide employment opportunities to those leaving custody
“I committed a crime which resulted in me having a 9.5 month prison sentence at HMP Forest Bank prison. It was here I met with Jade from Groundwork and I enrolled on a 6 week Construction course where I was involved in a mixture of practical & group learning classroom based activities. When I joined the course I thought “nothing will come of this” as most do. Now when I look how far I’ve come in such a short space of time is so rewarding to myself.”
Jackson is now employed by Morgan Sindall as a labourer on our North Manchester General Hospital project and is thriving in his new role.
Morgan Sindall have been working with Groundwork for two years on the Green Start programme. The 6 week course is delivered in H.M.P Forest Bank with post-release support provided too,
