Background

The Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) programme is a £2.14m initiative funded by the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero and the North West Net Zero Hub. The project will look at how energy saving advice can be made clearer and easier to access, helping Greater Manchester residents understand the support and funding available to them and encouraging the uptake of domestic energy saving measures in turn.
