Where possible we allow employees to have flexibility in their hours of work. Our flexible workplace arrangements means you can work from any of our offices in Wigan, Northwich or Blackpool, or from home if agreed with your Line Manager.

Fortnightly news updates are sent directly to all staff and this is supported by monthly team meetings and Learning Lunch sessions.
