If you live in Rochdale, Manchester, Tameside or Oldham, you can apply online for free, or reduced cost, energy saving measures.
Energy saving measures may include home improvements such as:
Loft insulation
New windows
Replacement heating systems
To ensure that home improvements are provided to those who need support the most a number, a set of criteria have been outlined by the project partners and can be found here.

Our progress so far
Since we started the programme, we have engaged with over 2500 people across Greater Manchester, providing advice to over 850 renters and home owners, supporting them to start their journeys to more energy and cost efficient homes.
