Introduction:

Groundwork is seeking consultants who can support Groundwork to take part in a study to  decarbonise business parks. This will assist businesses to access various low carbon opportunities.

The project will support the identification of opportunities for smart energy network technology and bring companies together to generate green renewable energy onsite.

The aim of the project will be to create a plan to decarbonise a business park(s), Groundwork will also deliver a low  carbon toolkit using open-source software with the support of appointed specialist consultants and businesses on the business park / industrial estate (s).

Mandatory requirements:

  1. An understanding low carbon technologies that can be deployed across business parks
  2. To produce recommendations detailing carbon savings and energy savings.
  3. To follow up with client requests.
  4. To provide consulting support with use of open source software identified by Groundwork
  5. To follow up and provide detailed analysis report to groundwork with all agreed analytics.

Billing costs split:

Consultants will be paid based on their day rate. Please also include details of additional costs including mileage /travel costs and the address from which travel will be charged.
