Facts and figures

Groundwork works in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  Delivery of projects against stretching targets and performance measures is one essential element of the Groundwork Federation’s approach to performance management.

A set of quantitative project performance measures has been established. Annual targets are agreed with the Department for Communities and Local Government and other agencies.

Reporting of outputs against the measures is done on a quarterly basis at Trust, regional and national levels.  Reported figures are audited to verify their accuracy.
