How to contact our team nationally and around the country
Energy is a big issue right now. The ice and snow that fell in the UK towards the end of 2009 and begining of 2010 brought the topic into sharp focus as we nudged our heating up a few degrees, and demand for gas reaches record levels. And with unemployment approaching 2.5 million this year more people than ever will be nervously waiting the arrival of their fuel bills. More than 4 million people spend more than 10% of their income on heating and they are facing another winter of fuel poverty.
At the same time, a quarter of all carbon emissions are generated by our homes. And much of the heat in our homes escapes through windows and badly insulated roofs.
