Construction & Developers

Groundwork can add the punch to public sector bids and act as your interface with the local community.

When jumping though the hoops to win that public sector contract, it’s great to have that edge on the competition. Often, a bit of local knowledge and genuine innovation in providing public benefit can swing the deal. Groundwork can work with your bid team to identify the key social, economic and environmental outcomes – and then develop solutions.

We can add the punch to public sector bids, act as your interface with the local community and ensure your investment changes lives. Partnership building and local regeneration isn’t just a desk job for us – we’re part of that world and often have the inside knowledge on the political context, the key players and the buttons to push.

We will do the detective work to see how your proposal can link with the local regeneration and sustainability scene. We can spot and make those crucial connections that will touch the hearts and minds of the key decision makers.

We have expertise in a number of areas, including:

  • Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Community engagement
  • Environmental sustainability
  • Landscape architecture and grounds maintenance
